In response to the global challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, the academy underwent a strategic transformation, transitioning into a fully online educational platform. This evolution enabled Tisram Academy to extend its reach worldwide, boasting an enrollment of more than 100 students spanning over 20 countries across four continents. Committed to upholding the authenticity and richness of Indian arts, Tisram Academy of Indian Arts continues to flourish as a global hub for classical dance, music, and cultural learning, fostering an international community of dedicated students passionate about Indian artistic traditions.

An alumna of the prestigious Kalakshetra Foundation, a National Institute of Importance in India, Guru. Shri. Anitha Edward holds a 4-year diploma in Carnatic Music Vocal & Bharatanatyam. Additionally, she has had the privilege of studying under the guidance of Oscar-winning Music Composer, Maestro A R Rahman, at KM Music Conservatory, specializing in Hindustani and Western Music Vocals, as well as Audio Media Engineering. With a Bachelor's degree in Carnatic Music and Veena Instrument from the University of Madras, and a Masters in Dance Movement Therapy in Germany, Guru. Shri. Anitha Edward has garnered a diverse and extensive educational background.

Since 2010, her career spans teaching at pre-schools and NPS International School in Chennai. Later also, serving as the founder and artistic director of Siddhi Kala Academy since 2015, and instructing dance at the University of Heidelberg in Germany for three years since 2019. Guru. Shri. Anitha Edward has also conducted workshops and shows across Europe, showcasing Bharatanatyam, Carnatic Music, and Shloka Chanting.
