Temple Feast
September 10, 2025
Inspired by the offerings of South Indian temples, this vegetarian divine feast blends comfort, tradition, and celebration — a tangy, aromatic treat for every rice lover.
This vibrant South Indian meal brings together the sacred pairing of two regional favorites: Tamarind Rice, bold and tangy with notes of spice and roasted peanuts, and Coconut Rice, aromatic and soothing with freshly grated coconut and toasted cashews. It’s perfectly balanced with crispy, pan-roasted spiced potatoes, a cooling boondi raita (yogurt with crunchy chickpea pearls), and a sundal salad — warm chickpeas sautéed with mild spices and coconut. Every bite is full of contrast and character. Add crispy papadums or a chilled mango lassi for the perfect finish.
A vibrant, aromatic plate that dances between bold, spicy, creamy, and crisp — a pure divine blend of flavor, texture, and tradition.
